Great Feedback

Thanks Sharon and Leon for hosting an excellent event.  I left with renewed vigour for the application process and armed with a toolkit of practical advice and resources I can use to move forward on our bids.

Great feedback from Jonathon, Lancashire BME Network after attending our Bid 101 workshop yesterday.

You can find details of future events here. If you have any questions please contact Sharon.

How academics and third sector organisations can work together

We have a Funding Accelerator event on Thursday 5th September 2019 which aims to bring together researchers and third sector organisations to see how they can benefit everyone.

By working together on project academics can offer access to different streams of funding for community projects, while third sector can give academics knowledge of the needs of communities and, through knowledge exchange, meet requirements set out in the Research Excellence Framework (REF). Plus there are myriad other mutual benefits when you collaborate which we will be discussing at the event.

If you have a case study we can use please let me know as soon as possible, and if are attending and you’d like to talk for up to ten minutes about your experience of working together then that would be even better. Contact Continue reading Research in the Real World
